COURSE SUMMARY
Do you react to life or do you embrace life? It doesn’t matter how long you live, what matters is how alive and vital you are in each moment. This 60 hour course provides us with the opportunity to look closely at how we react to, and cope with stress. We will practice mastering our vitality by using kriyas and meditations as well as group work and other processes. We will cultivate the core skill to recognize stress in ourselves and others and develop the tools to transform it and balance it with conscious relaxation.
